I have recently moved (MNP) my mobile No. to Airtel but since the day one I’m facing network issue. I did registered the complaint for same. My first complaint was closed without taking my consent and later opened new complaint which was supposed to be resolved on 30/04/2018. But still it is open. I’m continuosely following up as I’m missing many important calls (personal and official). It is really frustrating and disturbing when someone tell you that you are not reachable hence you have lost your opportunity. I’m not sure how to value the claim but it more mental than monetary.
