Yesterday (6.10.2015) I spoke and requested to the Air tel customer executive to give access for internet on my mobile, they said it will be activated tomorrow. But I tried today, I am unable to access internet and my balance was reduced with out using internet. Even i did not send any message on my whatsapp application. I am unable to access my whatsapp messanger. Actually I recharged Rs.38/- for internet data and 220/- for talk time for prepaid. Why was cut my balance. And also spoke to airtel customer executives then they said, I am telling lies. The response of the airtel customers executives are very rude way. They are cheating me and harrasing me.
