Airtel not allowing porting to Vodafone

I want to port my no 9xxxxxxx0 from Airtel to Vodafone and paid all dues and Bill in advance of the same and got SIM from Vodafone after doing all the formalities
Now Airtel is harassing me by sending the message that my no is an add on connection even though I don’t have any other Airtel no. I am not able to use internet at my home which is very much necessarily and imp. in case of work and in case of any emergency.
Pls.fix the problem asap
