I have purchased a broadband connection of airtel around 6 months ago. The plan which ive purchased was 2 mbps unlimited data for 599 a month. Around 2 months ago due to an error the line was disconnected. After making several complaints the line got activated but rather than reconnection the company installed a new plan At 2 mbps- 5 GB data only at same rate, when i come to know that we are not getting the same plan i’ve contacted the centre to cancel the line. They confirmed it 4 times over the call. But around 2 days ago i came to know that the line is still active and there is a bill due fot 1400, ive got some calls from the staff who called from the same from the number in concern and i explained the entire error by airtel but at the end of the call he started threatening. I must say the staff of airtel is pathetic. Please look into it. Check out the numbers and owner of the same and get back to me.
