Airtel not giving credit for the assured special recharge

On 12 oct. I made a special recharge of 199Rs (on my no:-7xxxxxxxxxx1) which was to gain 1GB 3g data for 28 I got usual balance 600Mb for 21 days …then nxt morning I made complaint to airtel ..the Customer Care promised me to have my problem resolved in 48 hrs n I will receive confirmation of my problem. .. bt I just got a message that 400Mb hv been added to my account bt “There is no such increament in my balance”. I just want to get my balance for which I have paid.
