Airtel postpaid billing issue

On June 2015 i asked customer care executive to add a no for free which is called addon pack. But due to their negligence they didn’t do it. On Jan 2016 when i check my itemised bill their i saw the no which was added free was charged. I made a complaint to Nodel and Appellate Authority people through mail. These people accept their mistake but they are not ready to pay back the amount which i charged wrongly and paid. These people think their customers as beggars and credit an amount of 165 first and now 400. These people think customer don’t have self respect, if they credit an amount of their we people should shut our mouth and get the money from them. Its very disgusting. I want 7 months waver which i was charged heavily.
