Airtel recharge not activated as per recharge plan

I have been a airtel prepaid mobile custumer since 2005 using government plan. my airtel SIM number is 9xxxxxx8. I regularly recharge my SIM with rs325 plan valid for 90 days..9th feb 2018 ws last day for my validity.
On the same day I recharged with 509 plan which give unlimited calls sms and 1.4 GB data per day. BUt it was not activated at all. on the next day when i called up costumer care ,I was told to activate with my regular plan of RS 325 for 90 days and after that your 509 plan will be activated automatically..I did that..But still my data usage is being deducted from my balance and 509 plan is not activated even today. Kindly activate 509 plan or reverse and refund my money.
