Airtel SIM not working after activating family plan

I have registered to Airtel family plan 649+299 on 18th, after this my wife’s Airtel SIM stopped working, I tried reaching out to Airtel and they promised this would get fixed, i have called their customer care/visited airtel store but no one is helping. I called today 24th but they said it will take another 48 hours. please help with unprofessional AIRTEL, they are billing customers without providing a working SIM.
