I wanted to bring to your notice, a well planned conspiracy and activity between Amazon, ibhejo.com and Blue Dart courier, to harass innocent buyers like me. They took my money after promising me to deliver the below item, Courier updated their record saying the item is delivered by getting signed from a unknown called Deepak. They kept me in dark for almost a month before they declared they will neither deliver the order, nor they refund my money.

I request you please go through following incident and help me to get my money back.

On 8th-June, I ordered below item via order number 171-3410460-0204348 at Amazon India online web site ( amazon.in ). The order information showed that the seller of the item is ibhejo.com.

“TopCase Clear Rubberized Hard Case Cover for Apple MacBook Pro 13.3 with Retina Display Model: A1425 and A1502 (NEWEST VERSION 2013) + TopCase Mouse Pad”

I paid the order amount INR 1679.00 (One thousand Six hundred seventy nine) to amazon via net banking from my Indian Bank for above item.

After placing the order Amazon confirmed that the order will be delivered by 25th of June-2015., to below delivery address, House no #4, 1st Cross, 1st Floor, Shiridisai Ratan Lyt, Shivaram Karanth Nagar, Bangalore-560077

However on 19th June I came to know through Amazon automatic order tracking system that, the order is delivered via Blue Dart courier having way bill no 33369512433 to some Deepak.

The tracking details of Blue dart courier way bill no 33369512433 shows the order is delivered to some Deepak, at Cunningham Area of Bangalore, which is around 30 KM from my order address.

On same day i.e. 19th June, I raised complain to Amazon through their A-to-Z complain process. After lot of communication between me and Amazon and ibhejo.com( seller of the item) happened.

Today i.e. 7th-June-2015 Amazon and iBhejo.com mailed me saying the order amount will not be refunded as the order is received by Deepak.

I tried my best to make them understand that as per the Blue dart courier record, the item is delivered at Cunningham Area of Bangalore which is very far from actual address. But all gone in deaf ear.

  1. A big THANK YOU to ICF, it is only after ICF notice to Amazon, ibhejo.com and Blue Dart , they refunded my money.

    I request all consumers to be careful with sellers like ibhejo.com while placing the order in online portal like Amazon.in or ebay. Also while placing order , please collect as much as evidence like order copy, Courier way bill tracking information . And never forget to ask seller to address your issues via mail , not through the phone. So that later ICF can make your case stronger.
