I purchased a smart phone from Amazon online on 03-10-16 and the order no. is 402-3777124-3360339. I took one-day-guaranteed delivery service and paid for it but they did not deliver the product on time (5-10-16). Then I had conversation with their customer care several time but they failed to deliver. They don’t even care about it.
If a customer takes the service provided by Amazon and pays for it so the need to understand that there must be some reason. if they are not able to provide the service then they should not have mentioned in their website and should not ask to pay for it. In a word they are cheating with the customers giving such bluffs on their website. These unfair practices needs to be banned.
I appeal to consumers forum please look into this matter and take a strong step against Amazon.
