I purchased a Dell Monitor from Amazon.in on 23 August 2015 and the screen blacked out 2 months ago , so the product being under warranty I called the DELL toll free number and the person noted my complaint and sent a person to service it. The Service person refused to service the Monitor as the Bill/Invoice provided by Amazon.in didn’t have the product serial key mentioned on it . So I asked amazon.in to provide me with the proper invoice with the product serial number/IMEI number mentioned on it. SO they asked me first to contact the seller, I got in touch with the seller but the seller refused saying that they do not provide invoice , invoice is provided by amazon.in so I again asked them so they told me to send a picture of the product with serial number in the picture so that we can generate a invoice with the serial number mentioned on it and asked me to wait for 2 business days. After 2 business days they didn’t reply so I again asked them about the status and they again asked me to wait. So from past 20 days they asked me to wait for 2 business days and today they replied to contact the seller again for the invoice. So this is the kind of service they provide
