I have an order placed on 10-Nov-2017 with Amazon India which is not delivered yet. I am looking for the product to be delivered at the earliest and I am not looking for refund.
I have lodged several complaints (8-10 times) with Amazon asking for the product not for the refund but they don’t seem to understand.
I’m currently in conversation with (resolution-in[@]amazon.in) but he isn’t helping me after several requests to get the product delivered. They’ve made false commitments yet no disciplinary action has been taken.
Again I would like to make it very clear to Amazon India that I want the product to be delivered at the earliest and I don’t want refund. Requesting you to take the necessary action. Hope to hear back soon.
