Amazon not providing invoice

It has been past 10 days I am struggling to get the invoice for a product purchased from Amazon India. The product is facing issues and the service centre is asking for Invoice. The Amazon team is misleading and misguiding me on each and every online chat I had with them. Sometime they say you will get the invoice in 24-48 hours and sometime 3-5 business days but nothing has happened till now. Please help

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010.
