I had purchased Kindle 4th generation EBook Reader Device from amazon.in in 2013. The device is now out of warranty. It was in my bag and something accidentally pressed against it, damaging the device screen. The company is not providing any service/ repair/replacement on the device, even though I am willing to pay for it. Isn’t a company supposed to provide service for the devices they sell even when they are out of warranty?
