I ordered an ESS transparent dial leather watch on 10 May 2017. Since this watch was for a friend of mine in South Africa, where I was travelling to as part of onsite deputation, I carried it unopened. Only after arriving here and opening the box I found out that the watch was completely different from the picture. I ordered a replacement mentioning that I received the wrong product. I returned it via a friend of mine who was travelling to India at that time. He returned it promptly on June 21. I also received the confirmation SMS on my mobile which I am attaching here. Now when I ask the customer care where my replacement is, they are telling me that the replacement could not be initiated as they did not receive the original item sent with the product. They also say they will not issue a refund. Please help me.
