I had purchased a mobile Redmi 4 (64gb) from Amazon from my friend on 10.10.2017 order was successfully done and opted for cash on delivery recieved sms mobile will be delivered by 13th . On 11th received sms that due to cash problem I had refused it but there was on call from the courier team contacted customer care they told me that mobile got damaged in transit and told me to book again when I tried there is a message only one per email again contacted customer care they told me they will Remove the option and cash on delivery will also be there. But till now they have not resolved my problem. I want this mobile at any cost. I request you help me out.
