I have booked a gym weights of 20kg from a buyer in Jalandhar (Via Amazon.in)and he shipped product via blue dart. The product has reached on time i.e. on July 18 , 2017 to Hyderabad kukatpally Blue Dart office. The delivery did not happen on 18th and on 19th at 9pm in then night the courier person called and told me that the package is heavy and he does not have any one to deliver and he would deliver by Jul 20 before noon. The same evening he updated the blue dart tracker that I was not available to pickup the package. I immediately reported this to amazon. I waited for July 20,12pm till 9pm and exactly at 9pm I got call from Blue dart kukatpally and he was too quick to disconnect the call before I could answer and the number does not receive calls and the number is +91 40 39594998.
I want him to be penalised for his cheap actions. If he does not want to do business he could have shut down instead of wasting out time. Telling lies about us.
The details of the shipment: Blue Dart courier tracking id: 69949344183. My home is exactly 4.5 kms from blue dart office. He could have at least told me to collect by my self.
