I ordered 1 key replacement for i20 through flip keys from amazon.in whose delivery date is between 7 to 19 th June 2017 but while tracking material from amazon it stated no tracking details available due to their terms and condition and tracking no. Of Dtdc courier package is stated as Z25270536 and while checking status material shows delivered to om pathak on 3 rd June 2017 but still I don’t receive any material from Dtdc and while confirming from Dtdc customer services they don’t send any details about material location please log my complaint

Amazon does not deliver products and mark them either Refused by customer or even “Directly Delievered to customer:”.
I have made complains in all Amazon channels, still nothing happens. They do it with pre-paid products, so my money is gone.
