I have ordered for Moto G5 plus 32 GB fine gold mobile on 21st September with delivery on 22 and September but I haven’t received yet. When I called up Amazon customer care on 22nd evening they said that it will get delivered till 8.00pm but not received. They sent a confirmation mail as well for that.

When called up on 23rd they said that to wait for 24 to 58 hours but then also I haven’t received the same. When called today they said to wait till tomorrow 12.00pm.

I have ordered the phone to be given as wedding gift on 23 but not received when asked for refund they refused till 26th. Everyone from customer care had given different answers at all the times when I called. They have spoiled my all plans by giving promises which is not fulfilled.

  1. Exactly same thing happened with me. I even paid for prime service to get it on time but they kept cheating and misguiding with service.
