Amount debited from account despite failed ATM withdrawal

I have a Salary account at HDFC Bank , Janakpuri- New Delhi Branch.Pin Code – 110058. I tried to withdraw mony from DCB Bank ATM (Development Credit Bank) on 7th May 2017 timing around 8:00 pm, We unable to operate the ATM due to ATM Key was not working. After some time error msg came on screen transaction failed. I came to out side of ATM, after some time i received a msg, I was surprised to see that msg Rs. 8000/- debited from your account . thus incurring on me a loss.
I have also raise 2 time complaint and 3 time visit HDFC bank. but still not resolve my issue.
HDFC branch employee said that speak to customer care office and customer care office said visit to HDFC Branch. also filled a form at HDFC Branch.
