I have place an order on amazon.com , my order no. is ORDER# 111-6365629-604824 . amazon made an online transaction of about 45 $ but during the time of transaction neither the State Bank of India nor the amazon.com had asked me for confirming the order via asking OTP, PIN , or even CVV . how could be thats possible that without pin , otp or cvv transaction has been made . and now after cancelling the order on 30 august of 2017 it has been 15 days but till date my money has not been refunded to me even after the cancellation the product.
