I have booked a hotel from goibibo.com on 26th of mar 2015. I paid the amount online by using credit card. My booking id was HTLJUJB54V. My booking status was confirmed. I called my hotel and enquired about my booking status but i was surprised to know they did not get any information from Goibibo.com. I called goibibo customer care imediately but did not get any satisfactory answer as per the they ahve not forwarded my details to hotel. finally i told them to cancel my booking . and they have deducted 50% of amount without providing the services. its really very frustrating. Could you please do the needful.
