On 26 June 2016 , I have made online transaction to pay my phone dues (TATA Docomo INR 1379 ) the amount got debited from my account but recharge did’nt happen surprise thing is they have not provide any payment receipt also , also they are not responding on emails and they have not provided any phone number also. Please help me out and if possible please gave a good lesson to companies like this who made a easy way out for making money.
