Greetings. I represent Simply Offbeat Holidays, an offbeat travel firm in Mumbai.

I had done booking for my customer for 2 nights from 18th to 20th April 2014 for 2 AC Deluxe rooms for Rs 12,800 with VIP Bhanjiwada holiday home at Tarkarli. I had a made a payment of Rs.10,240 (after deducting 20% travel agent commission which was agreed) towards the same.

But when the customer reach there, there was no electricity and hence customer opted for a non ac room for 1 night only for Rs 3600. It was confirmed with your manager Sachin. Hence, the total amount to be refunded was Rs. 10240-2880 (deducted 20% commission on 3600) = Rs. 7,360.

But still after numerous follow ups and emails Bhanjiwada has not refunded the amount. They do not even answer my calls.

I have attached the payment receipt of the transaction. Request your help to get my money refunded. Thanks.
