I bought Animate DZ09-16 smart watch from Flipkart on 24th September. Watch is defective from day one and is not working. I complaint about the same to flipkart and till date they have not provided any solution. They mentioned that they called me on my mobile and I have not responded. They called me and when I took the call, I only heard the ringtone and after 10 seconds call automatically disconnected. Is it the way flipkart is resolving the problem. Their employees are getting the salary of false commitment. Please help me out to resolve my query immediately. It is the mental pain. I gifted it to my daughter and it is really painful when it is a non working gift.
