I had bought an aoc 2367ph monitor 2 yrs back with 3 yrs warrenty. In this july i suddenly noticed a black vertical line on the screen, i immediately contacted them, and launched a complain with id no150719103679 on 20th july, as they has got 15 days servicing promise of their own in their site. in response i got call from local service center asking for images of the defective monitor and invoice copy, and i forwarded them. From the consumer forum i got a message that the amount will be credited to me on or before 30th aug, till that everything was fine. after 30th aug, they r telling me to wait somedays more, and now they have already blocked my no and also the local service centre has blacklisted my no i seem. Now what to do as i want justice.
