I ordered LG 42LF6500 television from snapdeal on 16 nov 2015 with Order Id 10117249294 . I paid the whole money using net banking that was Rs. 52683 . Snapdeal accepted the order for my location with pin code 470001 and on 19 nov 2015 it showed that “Item is ready and waiting for courier to pickup” . Then I got this message on 25 nov that they are going to deliver my product between 24-28 nov 2015 . But on next day I got this message from them that they have cancelled my order due to some technical error and they will refund my money . On that day I called to snapdeal on no. 9212692126 and they replied that they had cancelled the order due to some technical problem and that I can reoder the same product . But now the problem is that the rate of same product on 26 nov was around 4 thousand more as compared to the price on which I ordered that TV . So I asked them that its not my fault that they got some technical problem in the order ,and not to refund my money instead reorder that product from there side so that I don’t have to pay the extra money . But they refused to do anything regarding that and said that I have to pay that extra money in case to reorder my product . Then I talked to there head on the same day she said that she will transfer my request further and the snapdeal team will call me back . But they never called back and when I called them on 27 nov they said they had initiated the refund process and they can do nothing . So my point is that ,they kept my Rs52683 for 10 days in there acoount and then told me that my order has been cancelled . If they wanted they could have refunded me the money on 19 nov . And now they want me to place the same order on the same location with Rs.4000 Extra when its not my fault .All of this shows that they are not customer oriented. So Now I want snapdeal to place my order on the same price on which I had ordered it on 16 NOV . Or they should give me some compentation for keeping my money for 10 day when they may have returened it in 3 days.
