I’ve ordered a Samsung 40J5100 TV from Shopclues.com on March 3rd, 2016 and the same day I got an order confirmation mail from them. On the very next day i.e. om March 4th, I also received a message mentioning that the product is packed and ready for dispatch. They also sent me an order tracking link. I checked the link on March 8th and a message was displayed mentioning that my order has been cancelled by the merchant. I immediately called customer care but they could not help me. Customer care professional told me that the product is unavailable so we could not deliver it. He told me that Shopclues will refund the money.

My point is that I dont want to get refund my money rather I want the same product from them within due delivery date.
