Arbitrary deduction by Reliance and poor customer support

This is not first time I faced this issue with reliance gsm. I have been using this number from years since relaince gsm started. And always, i am a victim of same kind of problem.

On 19th September, 2015 at 7:03 pm I received a message that Amount Charged for VAS ADPAY GSM Rs:45. Without my concern or permission they activated this value added service which I never knew about.

As soon as i saw the message, I called rcare at 198 I was not able to reach. After trying 3 times finally I was able to speak with someone at 7:23 pm same day. I was asked to call later as they were facing some technical issues. These days I am suffering from typhoid n I got high fever on 20th September.

So I again called on 22nd September, 2015 at 4:45 pm and spoke with Rxxxxxxxxr. At first he told me that this balance couldn’t be refunded to my account. But after arguing for a while, he said that the balance will be refunded within 20 hours. I waited n then again called today I.e. 24th September, 2015.

I am told that they cannot check details prior to 3 days and that girl with whom i spoke today asked me to call within 3 days if this happens next time. I asked her to transfer the call to her supervisor. She put the call on hold and I got through someone. That girl disconnected the call when asked for her name n position.

Please do something as relaince is not doing this for first time and just with me. My brother n my mother had faced the same issue. Now they have stopped using relaince just because of this reason. Even once they deducted Rs 250 from my brother’s (7xxxxxxxx2) account for just making a international call to Uk for 7sec. When I spoke with relaince care they told me that he has been charged for satellite call. As far as I know even satellite call charges are around rs 60 per minute.

My number is 9015510384. Due to this I am facing mental n financial loss. Please help me in this issue.
