I am Ramanathan V From Chennai. Today i Recharge a Vodafone Full Talk Time of Rs,185 through Online mode of Recharge for my prppaid Mob no. Initially Talk time received:157.65, S.Tax 20.23, Access Fee:7.0, and the Trans id :TM0031744835, at 11:29 AM, i recived SMS from Vodafone care, later i checked my Balance at 2:15 to 2:20 pm, it was showing as Rs.95, Without Talk to any Number, while Approach the Customer care, the response level is very prro, and they are making Us to trouble, and the reason giving by them is pathetic. initially they disconnected the line the first person Name was Gxxxxxr, from Senior Team at 2:17 pm, later i called again to speak another executive name was Vxxxxh, speaks very rude in the call, and they said i activated some service. I said ididnt activate any service, in between these time. I ask them to refund my amount. he said he can’t do and i said may i have the proof if it gets activated any service, he said he wont provide any information on this. the way he speaks from sitting in customer service was completely rude.kindly file a complaint against service team, and pls refund my amount completely.
