Refund from Across Traveller – Rs.10,000/- – Mr. Kodakandla S Sai of Amalapuram, Andhra Pradesh had paid advance to Across Traveller in September 2016 for Kerala Holiday Package but he neither got booking details nor refund. He posted his complaint with ICF on 03-12-2016 and the matter was taken up with the party. Mr. Sai finally got his money back on 04-01-2017.

LIC not reissuing survival/maturity benefit cheque:
Ms. Neetu Singh, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh LIC policy matured on 27-02-2013 but the maturity cheque was despatched to the old address even though she had provided the required NEFT mandate with new address. LIC said it will take time to get back the cheque and issue no payment instructions. She posted her complaint at ICF on 01-04-2013 and subsequently got the amount by 12-04-2013.

Until 2nd November the product was not delivered and Mr. Satish posted his complaint with ICF. The matter was taken up with Homeshop18 and Mr. Satish finally got the refund for the product.
