I have purchased this Ashirward atta from a general store in Kandivali. The paked date is 17th May 2015 and the batch no is DA. The atta is bitter in taste and have smell of oil. I have complained to customer care of ITC on 4th July. The complain number given to me is 2015/2284. Since then i have atleast called 15 times on the customer care. everytime they say that our executive will visit your home in a day or two, but till now no executive have visited us. The atta is still lying at my home. Please it is my sincere request to consumer forum to solve this case.
