My Name is Seshu Poonuri. I have purchased Sony 3200 MAH Power Bank (Mobile Accessory) on 6th April 2015 my order ID: AB2125071 i have received product on 11th April 2015, but it is completely a duplicate product and i have ordered black color one and i got white color and also the item showed in website is completely different from what i have received.

I have made payment through my credit card on 6th April and same day amount was debited from my card., but the product delivered to me with COD (cash on delivery) option they said reason (due to our systems problem my payment information was not updated in their systems) so again i have paid cash and taken the product delivery on 11th April 2015.

So totally i have paid Rs. 600/- so far (Rs. 299 + Rs. 299).

After so many calls and 1 and half month follow up they have refunded my credit card transaction amount (1st one) on 5th May 2015…but till now i haven’t get the (2nd payment) COD (cash on delivery) amount refund even after returning the product to AskMeBazaar on 27th April 2015, regarding the same i have 2 complaint numbers: QRC287202 & QRC310186.

Completely worst service from AskMeBazaar website, there is no customer Login / Account Register option, no email support, always we have to call their Chennai based STD Land line number, no customer follow up….very frustrated about their services and i lost more money calling to their STD customer care number again and again!!

Please some one help me regarding this issue, i want my money refund!!
