I bought ASUS Zenfone 2-550ML in the month of May’15, then after buying the same i get to know that in Sim 2 there is no internet connectivity instead of mentioning 2G connectivity beside sim 2 slot also. Then i spoke to ASUS technical team regarding this issue, then they confirmed me that this is a technical error in Mobile that they will resolve and provide me the system update to resolve this issue and then i will be able to use internet on sim 2 also, in couple of weeks. Then i said ok if this issue can be resolved as assured to me, so i didn’t opt to replace or return the same on flipkart for this issue, as i was having 30 days return or replacement policy. But after couple of weeks ( my replacement or return policy was lapsed till that time) when i again called ASUS customer care then their executives had started saying that this mobile was made as like that, that it is having internet access on sim 1 only, so i simple asked to them if they told me that the same on my first complain day, that this problme is not a technical problem or unresolvable type of problem then definately i had returned or replaced my mobile that time only, with flipkart. Then i breifed my all problems to their exicutives then they registered my complain and assured me to resolve my this issue as i was facing a lot of problem because of this issue, like- as i am frequently travelling for official tours and with change of state or place internet connections differs with speed and connectivity, so i always need to open my mobile and required to change sim mannually , it is actually affecting slot hardware and mobile hardware, which decreasing mobile life also.
Then they registered my complain, and it now gets registered 3 times and always assured me to resolve my problem very soon, but now its almost 3 months over but i am not getting any solution instead of continuous folloup and calls with ASUS customer care team. I am providing below the complain no’s and details.

Requesting you to please consider my compain and do the needful as i want my money back or either they replace my mobile with same or upper configured mobile having internet access and connectivity in both the sim. All i written above can be easily varified with the case no.s and by audio recording of conversations if ASUS have a recording policy of complains.
