I’ve a salary account with Kotak Mahindra Bank.On 3rd March,2016 around 8 pm, I went to AXIS Bank ATM to debit RS 4500 from my salary acount. Unfortunately, cash didn’t came out and the amount was deducted. I complained the incident to Kotak Customer Care.As a result ,amount was reversed back to amount on 4th March,2016 around 7pm.Everything was fine.There comes the twist- on 10th March,2016 the same amount was again debited from my account by Kotak Bank without any reason. When I queried the reason, the customer care executive was unable to state the perfect reason and issued a complaint which was to be solved within 5 working days. When I called after 5 working days , they took another new complaint. When I asked about previous complaint , I was told that back-end team didn’t provide any update and complaint was closed.Same happened for second complaint also.After that I did 2 more complaint but no result. Then I wrote a mail to service.bank@kotak.com(ref no: 1-4251668495) on 27th March, 2016. On 29th March,2016 I recieved a notification on kotak mobile app that amount is credited. But I checked my account balance which remained same. When I asked kotak I was told that amount is on hold. Till now it is on hold. It’s already one month I am unable to dispense my take my own RS 4500. Now I want to end this drama from Kotak Mahindra Bank. Please help me out
