Complaint regarding refund from company

I have invested for me and my family in a company called Prasad Corporation ltd. I am not getting back this amount as the Govt has banned this company. I am not finding ways to get my money back. Cancellation and refund from Tradus Rs.4,201/-: Akshay Bhat of Jharkhand (akshay[at]astra.xlri.ac.in) ordered one Casio Edifice watch from Tradus at a discounted price of Rs.4201/-. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund.
