PAN Card not delivered by First Flight couriers

I have applied a correction of PAN card on NSDL on 23-0-2017 which acknowledgement No is N-020149701933222 .The NSDL is showing that Your pan card was delivered on 15-Oct-2017 by First Flight Couriers Service Pvt Ltd courier vide airway bill no. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund.
