Misleading recharge information by Tata Sky executive

As on 29 december i recharged my account with 3290 rs as asked by the tata sky executive to activate dhamaal package. but they couldn’t activate somehow , and my account started deducting the balance on daily basis ..very next day i made a complaint to rectify the problem . they didn’t do anything but …

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response. His repeated attempts were in vain. He posted his complaint at ICF on 08-01-2015 and the matter was taken up with parties concerned. Mr. Prabu got his refund by 22-01-2015. Failed transaction refund from Flipkart – Rs.3,320/- : Domnic Nadar, Bannerghatta Road, Karnataka (Email: domnic.nadar[at]gmail.com) placed an order on flipkart using Net banking option on 15th of May, 2013. Refund from Quikr – Rs.3,000 – Ms Vaishali Yadav, Katra, Banda, UP paid Rs 3000 to Quikr for premium ads service to get buyers at maximum price all over the world. But after the payment there was response from Quikr. Neither they were receiving calls nor responding to emails.
