On 6th Oct I have booked an OLA cab having CRN1126077154 served by Mr. Vxxxxy from Chennai Central to Guindy. The fare estimate was around 250-270 Rs, but when we reached to our destination the total fare was 632 Rs, I asked driver for that fare increase, they didn’t reply us reply, and abusing us. …

Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
