Product missing from the order delivered by Flipkart vendor

I bought memory card in Flipkart on 23/05/17. Earlier i bought a samsung on nxt mobile also.but now the memory card is missing from the parcel..so when I contact them,they told me to send snap of this..so i send.after that they told to dispose it. they will send a new one..but after that they ignore …

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
