Forced to pay 10% service charges by restaurant

On 2nd June we planned to have a lunch buffet at Bier Garten Top. Mahadevpura bangalore. The bill was around 19000. We where shocked to see 10% of services changes put in the bill. and that to on buffet. Which is upto customer to give it or not. We did not agree to give it. …

Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
