I travelled from my residence at no 110, behind metro hotel, nagarbhavi 2nd stage, Bangalore 72 to no 32, 2nd B cross, Ashwathnagar, Armanenagar, Bangalore 560006 at 9.45 pm on 23/ 05/2018 on UBER service. Customer wrote to the portal for refund however did not receive the same. Customer approached ICF on 15-01-2021 and the matter was taken up with Travolook. Finally customer got refund by 03-02-2021. Refund from Subhbandhan matrimony – Rs.4,000/-: Mr. Harsimran Singh of Amritsar, Punjab registered with Subhbandhan matrimony services for suitable proposals by making a payment of Rs.4,000/-. As per the consumer, the agency provided fake number and contact for proposal was not genuine. Mr. Singh requested for refund which was denied.
