Wrong saree received from Sareelelo

I have booked a saree in sareelelo website with order no 24135 (http://www.sareelelo.in) on 18.11.2017 but I received a different saree on 24.11.2017 which is also damaged. i tried to return back saree but able to reach them through mail. please help me to get ordered saree or Cashback. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
