Redmi Note Pro5 order unsuccessful every time

I think the management system of MI is worst. I am trying to book Redmi Note Pro5 since a month from MI’s official website but each time they are saying the product is out of stock. There is MI registered dealer who is saying that you have to pay 17000 rupees for the same product …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
