TV installation not done even after 15 days

I made request for TV Installation on 29April 2018. My tv is not yet installed, after repeated request( TOKEN NO A7611, A11424, A12878), complaints (WOIN2018050101531,WOIN 2018051202171)and formalities(email -4-5 times) and call about 40-50 times no one came to install my tv, every day it is assured to me that the tv will be installed today …

Warranty service from Havells – Rs.5,000/- : Ms. Radhika Bansal of Gurgaon, Haryana purchased an induction cookware of Havells, in Aug’13, with the warranty of 2 years. It was not working and she had lodged a complaint with Havells (EB270484). Even after continuous follow-up her complaint was not attended to.
