Complaint regarding boat earphone servicing

I purchased BOAT earphone . It was not working properly after few months but it was in warranty period.So, I sent it to BOAT as they requested but now it is one month and yet they have not dispatched it.They also do not reply my mails and phone calls.So please help me. Thanks Harshit Gaur …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
