Complaint regarding Airtel network

Facing bad network connectivity by airtel. I am facing too much bad network connectivity since 2 months but the company will didn’t do anything for this I am also complaining about this to the company but they didn’t take any action based on it. Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
