My courier was dispatch from Banglore on dated 08/06/2018 but wrongly delivery to some other place on dated 12/06/2018. After several follow up local office provide whom to receive but where to receive this information can not provide. Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
