Ola blocks account without giving reason

My Ola Account was blocked on 7th December 2017 and the reason stated is violation of Ola Terms. I want to know the reason why the account has been blocked. The concerned Ticket number is 76403448. They are not supposed to block an account without stating proper reason. I want action to be taken against …
