I have complained several times that most of the times during all days, we see No Signal message on TV. Operator charged money for costly Set Top box and then replaced with cheap quality one. Operator is not providing receipts for the Monthly fee collected from any one, including us. Operator not resolving complaints. Kumar …

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
